The committee meets every 6 to 8 weeks and everyone is welcome to attend. Meetings are usually at 7:30 on Thursdays. It's requested that all affiliated user groups attend at least half of the meetings. Notices about the next meeting are posted on the notice board in the foyer.

The Committee is the voluntary board that runs the centre - deciding on bookings, controlling the income and expenditure of the centre, donating money to user groups and other local organisations, encouraging the use of the centre etc.
